Another month has passed and another page in my running journal is complete. Of the first four months of 2009, April was my lowest in mileage. Glad to see that to be quite honest. April has been retool and taper time for me. The stats (nothing too impressive)...

Days wearing plastic grocery bags in my shoes - 1 (fortunately)
Oct. 30th, 2010 - 100 mile stationary bike ride (3:58:28)
Nov. 2009 - 967 stationary bike miles
Sep. 18th, 2009 - 2nd metatarsal stress fracture, the result of a 70 mile barefoot week (120 total) July 2009 - Paced 3 ladies to Boston at the Missoula Marathon March 2008 - Feb. 2009 (365 days) - 6000 running miles 2008 - Montana USATF 50 mile state champion (6:22) 2007 - 1st, MountainAir Marathon, Crested Butte to Gunnison 2006 - 1:10 ascent of 10 mile peak 2005 - Double traverse of Grizzly Peak (13,900), Torreys Peak (14,267) and Grays Peak (14,278) in winter. 2004 - Rode a lawn-mower from an auction in town to our house in the country (2-3 hours)
